As specified in the Annuity Fund section of the CSBA Collective Bargaining Agreement, and as more particularly described in the CSBA Annuity Fund Summary Plan Description (“SPD”), annexed, the city is required to contribute $2 per day to a mutually-selected annuity fund, up to $522 per annum, for each day you work as a full-time employee.
